Seller Terms & Condition

At The Consigners, we prioritise integrity and transparency in all our transactions. However, it's important for sellers to understand the following key terms:

Shipping Liability:
We are not liable for any items that are damaged or go missing while in transit via Australia Post. If you wish to add insurance to safeguard your items, kindly advise us in advance.

Authentication Fees:
Authentication is mandatory for all consigned items. This will incur a fee of $50 per item. For Hermes items, the fee will be higher and will be advised upon consignment. Should any item be deemed counterfeit, a $200 administrative fee will be charged, and our consignment agreement will be terminated immediately.

Consignment Period:
The minimum consignment term for each item is four weeks. Should you wish to have your item before the completion of the four-week term, a fee of $200 will apply.
